Do you have a computer graveyard, where old equipment ends up and it becomes something you or your staff will deal with “when you have time”? We’ve been there, something else always becomes a higher priority and that graveyard just keeps getting bigger and bigger. Vanguard can inventory your old, excess equipment and, in most cases, offer you a credit for the equipment. We can then arrange for packing, pickup and disposal of the equipment. We can even offer additional services such as hard drive wiping or shredding if needed.

If your equipment is leased, our off lease services include equipment inspection, repair (either in-warranty or out of warranty), cleaning, restore device to original state, safe secure packing and transportation arrangements to the lessor location. We work with you to ensure that these services are complete before the end of lease date of the equipment. We have helped our customers greatly reduce and/or in some cases, completely eliminate off-lease charges.

Vanguard’s Break Fix/Warranty Service offers simplicity and a cost-effective approach when it comes to the managing and maintenance of your hardware stock.
