Vanguard can assist in reducing the amount of time it takes to get a device into production.  We can handle large-scale configuration, preparation, and installation of Chromebooks, laptops, and/or desktops numbering in the thousands. Upon receipt of equipment, we can customize BIOS settings based on customers needs and standards. We can then provide custom image or setup services based on the type of device. Vanguard has the ability, and space, to image hundreds of units daily.

Chrome devices

Our “Chromebook White Glove Service” allows Chrome devices to be distributed to users in a ready to use state. Vanguard technicians will enroll the devices into your Google domain and apply Chrome Operating System updates. We work with your IT team to test devices throughout the process to ensure proper functionality within your environment.

Windows/Apple Devices

Vanguard’s imaging services are developed individually for each customer. We do not make your problem fit into our solution. Our approach is to work side-by-side with customers to leverage their existing systems for device preparation. Vanguard’s solution offerings are scalable based on the client’s capabilities and needs. For smaller environments, we can take one device that you prepare, capture that “Golden Image”, and distribute that to as many devices as you need. For larger environments, we can work together to establish a secure VPN connection and utilize your existing imaging platform.

We work with Microsoft products to include WDS, SCCM, Autopilot, and Intune. Over the years we have also worked with and provided solutions for customers using Acronis, FOG, and Clonezilla, just to name a few. As an Apple Service Provider, we have used Apple Deploy Studio and the Apple System Image Utility to image Macintosh computers.
