Sales Support Specialist I
Role and Responsibilities
The Sales Support Specialist’s job is to assist the Inside Account Executive. The responsibility is to be sure the Inside Account Executives have accurate and timely pricing for projects and awarded purchase orders are processed accurately and promptly. The Sales Support Specialist will interface with customers via email, phone, and face to face in a support role to ensure that their questions and orders are handled promptly.
Gather accurate pricing and availability of equipment
Assist with quotes and bids as requested
Process RMA requests
Data Entry (Sales orders/Quotes)
Provide custom build quotes/orders/reports
Maintain accurate order status
Research and understand manufacturers’ programs and opportunities
Marketing and Deal registration including NBO/NCB and other special pricing
Qualifications
High School diploma required, Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, or Marketing preferred.
Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with CRM tools
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent Data Entry skills, and attention to detail “a must”
Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques
