Job Title: General Manger

Vanguard Computers, established in 1982, is a certified Woman and Minority Owned Small Business, providing complete IT lifecycle and technology services for Higher Education, State and Local Governments and K12.

 We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the company's strategic goals are met. The General Manager will manage employees, set policies, manage budgets, and implement strategies for growth and improvement while ensuring excellent customer service.

The General Manager's primary responsibilities include ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining quality standards, fostering a productive work environment through budget management and expense monitoring, and developing improved communication within and between departments. Desired skillsets include a background in IT management, financial management, and project management. In addition to leadership and operational management, the role involves employee development, tracking, reporting, and analysis for continuous improvement of employees, vendors, and customers.
